Koba was born in 2024 when Charlie Quintana and Oliver Honeycutt crossed paths at Robert Lang Studios. Charlie pulled in longtime partner-in-noise Trevor Garcia, and the three locked in fast and were able to create a new heavy hitting sound.
With influences from many different aspects of music, Koba was able to work in different styles, rhythms and melodies alike. Fueled by respect for Seattle’s past but dead-set on pushing it forward, Koba plays an impressive and dynamic show with hat leaves fans talking about it. ​

This song tells the story of the journey of finding a place where you truly belong, but still feeling like you are not worthy of it. This is based on the legendary recording studio, Robert Lang Studio, with many different easter eggs and references hidden throughout.
